Course Title:  New Developments in Orthodontics

Course Description:

– Improving the orthodontic experience with technology

– Pre-prosthetic orthodontics in order to enhance our restorative results

– TAD’s and Laser — Orthodontic Game Changers!

– Invisalign — helping us treat complicated cases with consistent results

– Invisalign Teen — how it will reshape the future of our adolescent treatment

– Retention protocols necessary to stabilize our orthodontic results

Presenter Biographies:

Dr. Steven Luccarelli is an orthodontist who has been practicing in the Roslyn/Mineola area for over 30 years. He received his DDS and Orthodontic Degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He is a clinical professor in the orthodontic division at Columbia University and has been teaching there for over 30 years.  He is also an attending teaching orthodontics at Winthrop University Hospital Dental Residency program. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics and has received several awards, including the Columbia Operative Dentistry Award, and the Columbia Pediatric Dentistry Award. He is an active member of the OKU Honor Society, American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, Northeast Society of Orthodontics,  and was elected President of the Orthodontic Alumni Society of Columbia University.  He has lectured extensively, has published several articles, and owns an orthodontic patent.
