Presenter Biographies:

Jonathan A. Bregman, DDS, FAGD, is a clinician, speaker, author, trainer, and ‘D2D:Dentist to Dentist Success Coach.  Dr. Bregman has personally led successful dental practices for over 40 years, worked as a part time Adjunct Faculty member at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry as well as faculty at the University of North Carolina Hospital Dental Clinic. He has presented over 225 programs on early oral cancer detection in over 45 states and abroad plus just as many programs on practice management topics. His programs have been presented in many forms: in person as a lecturer and/or with a hands-on format, webinars, and tele-seminars. Jonathan A Bregman, DDS, FAGD has the prestigious CAFL (Certified Action Formula Leader) joining only 6 others nationally who hold this certification. The goal of Dr. Bregman’s work as a CAFL coach to dentists is to use this internationally proven approach to guide dentists to determine and then get what they truly want in their practices and in their lives. While dedicated to improving the dentist, team, and patient experience, he has a strong passion for educating dental professionals on anything that will enhance overall patient care. To Dr. Bregman, the goal for all dental practices must be to maximize the quality of patient care which, then, will directly enhance the financial bottom line.

Grethe Whitman followed a dream she had in junior high school of becoming a Dental Hygienist. Every dental office was a new adventure, opportunity for change, and a stepping stone forward and upward. She has had the honor of studying under Linda Miles, completing the Mastery program at the Scottsdale Center for Professional Development, the Sirona’s Speakers Academy, consulting for Debra Engelhardt Nash, and teaching and speaking for Contemporary Product Solutions. She is a Certified Communications Coach and a Transformational Trainer. Her last clinical position was as a Treatment Coordinator for a high-end esthetic practice where she created a Wellness Program and the WOW patient experience using technology. Grethe left clinical in 2005. She went to work for Patterson Dental Company selling technology from Digital Radiography to CAD/CAM. Grethe started her own company in 2016 called Toothwize. She is now employed by Dentsply Sirona as a Clinical Implementation Specialist.
