Register and pay by 6/30/22 ONE DAY- $1,300, BOTH DAYS $1,700 (plus raffle item)

Includes both Breakfast & Lunch for TWO representatives.
A few Double Sized Exhibitor Spaces will also be available this year. The cost for the double sized spaces is:

$2,200 (Early Registration) $2,400 (Regular Registration)

There is also a special Exhibitor Opportunity to do clinical demonstration during lunch time each day. This will be a 45-minute presentation of your product(s) in the lunchroom. There will be no other exhibitors present during your demonstration. Please contact us right away if you are interested. The fee for is $3,200 it includes a regular exhibitor table for the two-day event as well.

We also have 6 premium spots available located in the hallway between the lecture area and the registration area. This is the most heavily trafficked area during the Fair and will ensure you the highest visibility. Only 2 Day Exhibitors may reserve these spots. If you are interested in a spot in this area, there is an additional $500 charge.

This QCDS sponsored program offers 18 continuing education credits to attendees and is a repeat of the program conducted for the last 8 years. We have more than 300 dentists Preregistered as of August 1, 2021. Both days have sold out for the last 8 years. Dentists from the entire metropolitan New York City area will be invited with an expected attendance of over 350 each day. This will be another sell out event. We are following ALL COVID19 guidelines.

We want to ensure that this will be a successful event for exhibitors. One of the ways we do this is by offering free raffle items to attendees throughout the day. The only way for attendees to get raffle tickets is to speak with exhibitors like you. Once an attendee has given you their business card or contact information, you will give them 2 raffle tickets. This will get you a steady flow of interest to your table throughout the event. We will however need to provide interesting raffle items to pique the attendee’s interest. We are requiring all exhibitors to donate a raffle item to the event. If you are unable to donate a raffle item, the Exhibitor Fee will be increased by $150.

All exhibitors are entitled to one free e-blast to promote their products, promotions, and specials that they will be offering at the World’s Fair of Dentistry. Just provide us the content and the date you want it to go out.

There is limited exhibitor space available therefore we suggest you reserve your space as soon as possible.
