Presenter Biography:
Leslie has been a Practice Manager and Implant Treatment Coordinator in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery field since 1986. She was selected to become a Program Advisor for CareCredit providing training to a wide variety of health care professionals for 10 years. Leslie has obtained her AAOMS certification for medical and dental coding, which includes soon to be implemented ICD.10. Leslie is a certified dental radiographer specializing in CBCT imaging and its many applications in the dental field. Leslie is the founder of Dental Implant Auxiliary Training providing team training to successfully build and/or grow your implant practice. She obtained her Fellowship with The Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries. She is a member of The National Speakers Association, The Speaker’s Podium, The Speakers Consulting Network, and The American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and VP of her Toastmasters chapter. Leslie enjoys being able to improve patient’s lives through increasing your case acceptance; while improving the lives of dentists and dental auxiliaries with standard operating procedures and team motivation.

Dental implants have added another dimension to how we can restore our patients to optimal esthetics and function. As techniques and imaging have vastly improved, implants have grown in predictability and popularity. This has allowed many GP’s to add implant surgery to their services offered.
Dr. Robert Mikhli has developed a unique mentorship program to take doctors through the didactic information, hands on learning, and clinical execution of implant surgery. A skilled surgeon will then walk you through procedure in your office on your patients to learn at your own pace. This gives doctors the knowledge and confidence to effectively add implant surgery to their daily practice.
Course Objectives:
- Learn the Principles of atraumatic extraction – the foundation of implant dentistry
- Apply clinical uses of allografts, xenografts and synthetic grafts
- Learn to read Cone Beam CT scans with the anatomical knowledge you already have as a clinical dentist
- Understand the biological basis of implant surgery
- Crown-Down implant planning utilizing Cone Beam and CAD technology
- Increase revenue simple yet effective internal implant marketing
Presenter Biography:
Dr. Robert Mikhli is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a General Practice Residency at New York Hospital Queens and continued there for a Fellowship in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery/Implantology. He then went into private practice working with restorative doctors acting as their surgical branch and prosthetic consultant. He is also the founder of the INplant Implant Mentorship Program. Dr. Mikhli has a passion for teaching and integrating cutting edge technology to deliver the best clinical outcomes. He is a member of the ADA, AGD, ICIO and AAID. He maintains offices in Brooklyn, Cedarhurst, and Manhattan.
