In today’s fluctuating economy, the dental practitioner faces constant interruptions that keep them from focusing on patient care. At this seminar, Victor Andrade will address the internal and external challenges practice owners face in our current economic climate and walk you through the five steps to accomplish ultimate office efficiency.

Presenter Biography:
Victor has over 17 years of experience in the dental industry. A graduate of the University of Delaware, he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and went on to attend the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine. After two years of dental school, Victor decided to pursue a career in dental consulting. In 2011, Victor was brought on by Henry Schein Dental as a Digital Technology Specialist in Chicago, IL. In January of 2014, he was promoted to Regional Manager of Henry Schein Dental New York. As Regional Manager, Victor leads a team of over thirty sales representatives and has consulted with over 200 practices in the Metro New York Area. By leveraging his vast experience in the dental industry, Victor has gained extensive knowledge of dental practice management and has developed a five-point plan for ultimate office efficiency.
